Large, successful corporations are usually the work of a sole, founding creator with a vision. Like so many other milestone companies, ours is also named after its founder, Panicos Harakis. In 1936 Panicos Harakis commenced his oracle by buying his first piece of land of 30 acres in today's Ayios Ioannis area, which is still known as the 'Harakis Area'. The rest is history. Today, the company owns 1,463 acres of land around Cyprus and has huge development projects underway.
