Persella has a broad expertise in the financial markets both through her professional as well as her academic background. She set up and now heads Meritkapital. Prior to that, she was a Risk Manager for Morgan Stanley’s institutional equity derivatives desk, New York, worked for the Emerging Markets desk of Lehman Brothers in London and was an analyst for LBO valuations of Naufal Capital, New York. Persella has an MBA and an MSc in Financial Engineering from Columbia University, New York and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bristol, Bristol, UK.
