- Safekeeping of financial instruments and cash
- Management of investment and cash accounts opened for safekeeping Client assets, including record keeping, registration and certification of rights in the financial instruments of the Client
- Notification of corporate actions that affect financial instruments held on behalf of the client and registered in the name of MeritKapital or a custodian selected by MeritKapital
- Preparation of investment reports to portray client account specifics
- Management of dividends and/or other income derived from financial instruments held on behalf of the Client
- Provision of proxy services to enable the Client to exercise voting rights attached to financial instruments held on its behalf
- Release and delivery of assets to the Client, pursuant to the instructions of the Client
